Superbowl Manicure: Go Baltimore Ravens...I guess

If you live in the United States, you probably know that tomorrow is the Super Bowl.  I will probably be working, but I will definitely be checking out the commercials when I get home...that is the best part after all.  Well, that and the food! 

Speaking of super bowl commercials...here is one of my very favorites. (Note: I don't drink and don't endorse drinking, but Budweiser is genius when it comes to marketing.  Please drink responsibly.)



This year I didn't really have a favorite team, but I wanted to create a superbowl manicure...so I chose based on team colors alone (I know, such a girl).  The colors I used are TopShop Nails "Late Show" (purple), Deborah Lippmann "Nefertiti" (gold), and Sonia Kashuk "Starry Night" (black).  I already knew I loved Deborah Lippmann polish, but I'm so excited to find out about the Sonia Kashuk line, which you can find at Target, as well as the TopShop polish, which you can find at the TopShop store (if you are lucky enough to have one near you) or at TopShop.com.

I also chose the Ravens because they are the underdog and in cases where I don't absolutely love either team, I always root for the underdog.  So tell me...who are you rooting for?

    I love the black glitter! I usually find glitter to be a little too big or overwhelming, but those specs are perfect!

    I love your nails. I just did mine this week and I can't wait to post about it! Also, I remember and love that commercial. I hate alcohol but I do enjoy respect when it is given. As for who I am rooting for...UNDERDOGS all the way!

    Couldn't root for the Ravens being a Cleveland gal. To be honest though I half watched the TV while getting orders done. :)

    Such patience with your nails. I would have wrecked them in 30 seconds before they could dry.
