Gingham Skirt: c/o Shabby Apple, Chambray Shirt: Old Navy, Bag: Rebecca Minkoff M.A.B. Tote, Shoes: c/o MyHotShoes (similar), Watch: Nixon c/o WatchCo, beaded bracelet: Hawaii, Link bracelet: c/o VeryJane, Ring: gift, Nail Polish: Butter London "Molly Coddled"
Gingham is something I've been wanting to try out for a while now (ever since seeing the fabulous Blair of Atlantic Pacific create some great outfits with the pattern...see here and here). So, when Shabby Apple offered to send me their Picnic Park skirt to review I was so excited! I love the size of the squares in the skirt's gingham print and the green color is such a great shade for summer.

P.S. You might be seeing a lot of my new Rebecca Minkoff Tote, so I apologize if you get sick of it! I love it, because it can fit everything I could possibly need (which is a big deal when you have kids). I'm not usually one to spend a lot of money on designer items, but I have learned there are some things that you really do 'get what you pay for'...purses being one of those things. I saved up for this tote and I'm already saving up for my next handbag purchase!

Shabby Apple has a ton of modest, vintage inspired clothing that is affordable, so I definitely recommend checking them out. I am just dying over their new Color Pop collection...I included a couple of my favorites in the photo above!

I ordered this skirt a sure weeks ago but when it came in it was a little small in the wait and way below my knees (I'm 5'2,) so I exchanged it for another skirt. Seeing you in it makes me wish I would have kept it now. You look beautiful!!
